Israel B. Bitton is a marketing and educational technology consultant who works with nonprofits to advance Holocaust education initiatives and counter antisemitism through data and media. He holds a BA from SUNY in the history of philosophy, a Masters of Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins University, and he is pursuing a PhD in criminology at Hebrew University. Bitton is the author of A Brief and Visual History of Antisemitism (Gefen 2022), an extensive multimedia textbook, as well as several studies on anti-Jewish hate crimes, including “Chosen for Hate (and Love): A Qualitative, Explanatory Analysis of NYPD Hate Crime Data” (ISGAP).
